Dr. Jacquelin Gentry passion for animal care began at a very young age. It was a childhood desire of hers to care for children and animals, which is why in the 7th grade she decided to become a veterinarian. Gentry graduated from North Carolina State University in 1991 with a BD in Zoology and then again from NC State in 1995 with a DVM. She has been practicing in Greensboro since graduating in 1995. Gentry joined the Animal Clinic of Friendly Center in 2000. Her priority is to provide compassionate care by developing relationships with clients and their pets..
Dr. Shaw graduated from North Carolina State University School of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2001. She started working with us in November of 2011. She has 3 cats, Sparky, Rango, and Oscar. She also has 3 horses, Flirty, Jazmin, and Crackerjack, and 2 ponies, Cupcake and Jellybean. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters.
